Toy needs to be of equal value to your unpaid ticket.
How strict is this enforced?

How strict is this enforced? | Really? No where in the website does it mention that. If that's the case wouldn't people just pay the original ticket?

Clearance items, sales etc etc. Second of all, you may possible have a new toy at home you bought long ago or got as a gift that you haven't or won't be using.

Imperial Parking Canada Corporation (“Impark”) announced today it is offering a one-day, 4 hour event during which anyone in Vancouver who has an unpaid Impark parking violation notice can have it waived by making a toy donation of equal value to The Salvation Army in support of families in need this Christmas.
