got to do my research before hitting up random places. No wonder that korean BBQ place in lansdowne was shit empty when i was there :suspicious: |
I guess I don't know "Good" Korean BBQ.. All I can say is, Kyo's meat is better tasting than ALOT of a la carte Korean places I've been to. |
all these places saying korean BBQ is chit in kyo, no suggestions whatsoever :seriously: |
may i suggest gang nam? i've been telling friends to go there for kbbq since they opened.. last time i went was a few months ago and while their portions got smaller and no more unlimited side dishes (lol) it's still a decent place |
^ Agreed. Gang Nam is probably the best in Richmond right now. Not all you can eat but the food quality is very good. Small place though. Make sure to reserve prior to going. Also, they don't have any tables larger than 6 people if you have a larger group. Kev |
Don't think there are any good AYCE Korean BBQ places in Richmond (don't think they exist). http://cursors1.totallyfreecursors.c...ls/unicorn.gif But Haroo is a really good Korean restaurant on Alexandra (old Tea Hut) or Maruchu has pretty good Japanese style BBQ but pricey. Neither are AYCE though. |
Good AYCE does not really exist... Won Jo BBQ in Coquitlam is quite good though. I went there a few months ago. It is a bit far for me but I will definitely return. |
At least the places I mentioned are in Richmond heh... Haroo is not too expensive, considering that AYCE would probably run you $25ish per person. $50 for 2 at Haroo will get you plenty full and it's good quality homecooked style food. |
agree on Haroo.. authentic k food |
