i like retards who stop dead in the centre of the road, or pull over without checking blind spot.

and also retard who stop for emergency vehicles that are on the other side of the road , separated with a barrier /cement median

Exactly, they wouldn't be issuing the tickets, merely providing the evidence to the RCMP. Since the odds of a police vehicle being near enough to issue a ticket is slim (same problem with the police vehicles at a traffic stop) this might finally teach people to GTFO the way.
