| buy back order parts else where?
Can I purchase a part that's backordered myself say like in the states and get reimbursed by ICBC? they ordered the window but apparently the entire batch was shipped to them wrong and now there's no ETA for a window with a plastic trim attached... and it's been over a month now.. the repair shop say if the parts is available in canada they can get it for me.. but if the part is say available in US.. can i just go purchase there and have icbc reimburse? as the repair shop is only allowed to purchase from dealers in canada..
