Heated leather seats, condition is fair for how old
Have service records from 2003-present, all done at Kingsway/Happy Honda
Will come with 2 keys, 2 fobs (1 fob needs new battery)
Comes with all seasons
Comes with UNMOUNTED winter tires (used one season)

Some cons,
Windshield wipers don't really work on the first speed setting, fine for second and third.
Climate control backlight does not come on when lowbeams are on (maybe needs new bulb)
Oil needs to be topped up every 2 months
