PLM shift knob + 3 inch extender - $60 Used for 2 months. Anvil shaped knob for Honda shift thread pattern. 10x1.5 Have other thread adapters for nissan and subaru available too for the shift knob its self, however the shift extender is honda 10x1.5 Great for civic or acura rsx that need the extra few inches higher when shifting.
