PAC TR7

Hopefully someone can chime in here...

Recently bought INE-w940 deck for my 2010 ram 1500(without alpine audio)
Along with that I bought harness: PAC RP4-CH11 and bypass module PAC TR7

According to instruction on the TR7, I'm not supposed to connect anything other than alpine audio to blue(foot brake inPUT) and white(parking brake input). On the other hand, From RP4 harness, I'm supposed to connect parking brake wire to it.

Do i connect to TR7 only and leave RP4 parking brake wire disconnected?

The manual says in the beginning of it how to wire it correctly. It's very straight forward. red to red, black to black, blue/white stripe to green, blue to yellow/black, white to yellow/blue.

But do I leave red/white wire from RP4 unconnected? As it's meant to connect to alpine parking brake(yel/blu) but tr7 instruction says not to connect any additional sources(which rp4 is??)??

red/white(RP4) wired to Parking(yellow/blue) and white on TR7

My guys tell me that I'm not a good teacher. I will suggest taking it to a qualified shop for a guaranteed quality job. It's why they get paid the big bucks.

Sorry
