This GT looks sick. The car's specs are also good too.

Ferrari, Lambo, McLaren, Porsche? :sleepingzz:

This car would get the attention of the other drivers of exotics here.

Eros250 01-12-2015 05:58 PM

damn, that looks pretty sick for a ford.

thumper 01-12-2015 06:20 PM

some more sound bytes

OGCStrike 01-12-2015 06:31 PM

I was wondering why that rear end looked so familiar
if the exhausts were placed lower this would've been perfect to the eyes. It's like a more 'affordable' LaFerrari

how many FGTs do you see compared to prancing horses and lambos? In this town they're about as common as the yeti. I saw one in Gulf Oil livery and almost dieded....too much racing pedigree.

Hehe 01-13-2015 02:21 AM

wtf... they went with a bi-turbo V6?!?
http://media.247sports.com/Uploads/A...03/1203413.jpg

And they fuck'd up the timeless design of Ford GT/40... :heckno:

The Ford GT design was PERFECT. Just bring a few modern lines here and there with headlight update and you had the perfect new gen. Not this lambo-wannabe half-baked bs.

Mr.Money 01-13-2015 05:43 AM

i wonder if there is a Racing Strip option for this car or is that Too Racer boy?...i mean it is a FORD GT.....so far i love the look & sound of this, another dream car.

Timpo 01-13-2015 06:05 AM

I thought the next generation of GT40 was this... seriously, 1995 Ford GT90 will still smoke 2016 Ford GT.

1995 Ford GT90

660lb-ft@4,750rpm

0-100mph: 6.2 sec
1/4 mile:10.9 sec
Top Speed:235 mph (378 km/h)

Weight: 3,199 lbs (1,451 kg)

IMHO it doesn't matter if it's a twin turbo V6 or supercharged V8, as long as it sounds similar to this:

this can't be unseen... everytime I look at it now I just see the pig.

All that car needs is some chrome wrap and some PUR wheels and it'll fit right into Vancouver!

If I were to go for something classic, I'll take the Ford P68. Thank you fucking very much.

Even for $400k they will sell out fast. I am no ford fanboi, but this car is next generation awesome. Ford is flexing their technology capabilities. The rear end and fenders looks unbelievable. The future is coming

cantona 01-17-2015 10:57 AM

engine aside, I think it looks pretty awesome, that blue paint job is bangin too.

rriggi 01-17-2015 10:57 AM

Once it gets a V8 swap count me in, don't care about the future, I'm stuck in the 90's.

westopher 01-17-2015 11:32 AM

Hearing that the new Gt is 400k makes me reconsider my thoughts of the NSX being priced too high to be successful. I do think the new ford GT looks great, but compared to is predecessor(s) I know where my imaginary money would go.

Just sold for 320k @ Barrett Jackson.

white rocket 01-17-2015 04:17 PM

They just keep going up in value. PK at LMC can't keep them in stock. Every time I visit his website another one has a sold sign tagged to it. Average asking price is $295k USD.

Jesus, I'm still amazed they were able to produce those sub-$150k. Although personally I'd rather have that Tucano.
