Do LED's require a projector retrofit or do they adapt directly to reflector setups without reflection issues?

Led Headlights fit directly into the stock housing. No eye blinding glare.

I just installed a set of putco h4 LED's into my ek civic. They are a hi/low function set up and I am very impressed. They are a pure white light, and being the LED's are tiny the oncoming glare is very minimal. I will try to remember to upload some pictures at night so you can see.
