muting issues

why can't i keep my speakers mute? i mute it and then few seconds later it stops.

Some websites can turn your muted sound back on again. They do this to promote their advertisements. I workaround this by reducing the volume to zero.

Awkward when watching porn on your cell on mute around others and then its full blast sound again.......much funny
