it's just a call center role and troubleshoot for the customer thru phone or remote access, it's very simple as most of the time you either just tell them reset routers blah blah etc and if u can't fix it you just send a tech. You can also do a little bit of up selling and make urself some commission. They don't offer full time position right away i don't know if that changed. in peak season u can get a lot of OT. in slower season you might not get enough hours.
