If it's going to a museum, I don't mind I guess.

At first I was like :QQ:, but if it's for a museum then I guess :considered:

Maybe Jim doesn't want his kid to get them. LOL!

I had a tour of his collection around 10 years ago. It was mostly American convertibles with the odd import here and there but it was very impressive to see one man amass so many cars. Row after row of them all beautifully displayed in a couple huge buildings tucked in behind a home in rural Richmond.

Who would of thought China had a thing for American classics. Honestly wished these were sold on Barrett Jackson instead.

Of course the collection sold to China, it's mostly comprised of Buicks...

but being able to pass inspection is another thing

not sure about else where in china, but in GZ if u have a noticeable scratch on the car, there could be a chance u might not be able to pass annual inspection (in till u fix the problem & no u cant sell the car period)

this is why u dont see alot of regular ppl restoring cars or modding cars road cars in GZ (not including cosmetic mods)

:awwyeah:
Corrupted officials: These cars seem illegal, communists need to seize these cars right now, you know what to DO, right?

With the CDN dollar going down the drain, Canada will be an importers paradise...

Maybe they don't...maybe they just want to own everything ;)

This purchase is an investment I'm sure.
