Photo editing recommendations?
 

Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for people who do editing of images (remove unwanted things in background, etc) that they'd recommend? I know there are ton on the Internet, but I thought maybe I could support some local talent that came with recommendations rather than some random person on the Internet.

What I have is a picture from a recent wedding/cruise that I wanted edited to remove a metal fence in the background and some ugly sweat bands on a hat the groom was wearing so I could have it printed/developed for them as a gift. Anyone have any recommendations on places that can do this?
