WTB:EJ257 longblock for 2004 STI
 

Well boys, I blew my turbo seals and it took the whole engine with it. I'm stuck in Van for a the time being.

I have my 2004 Subaru WRX STI in the shop right now with the engine pulled. They say its going to be 9700$ for the short block and another 4k for the heads. Plus another 2k to install.

The dealership is saying a brand new crate engine for 9k + 2k install = 11k.
However, they are looking for a used engine for me as we speak. Im not currently in a position to drop 10k on my engine but I thought it was worth a shot to see if anyone knows of anyone selling an engine!
