So one of them won't come off, I'm pressing the button down and pulling down towards the wiper. But now I'm just trying every direction nothing works -:heckno:

This one I got off but the wiper doesn't click on I tried pulling it harder down but there's still no room it click it. :toot:

Both J hooks not sure if small or long.

some of them you pinch together, some of them, u spread them apart and they will come off

you can slide the wiper down some more to make it fit

Gerbs 03-23-2015 03:12 PM

Single wiper conversion? :troll:

boibuddha 03-23-2015 10:34 PM

Ahh. You're in luck. I just bought a set for my car and put them on. At the very top of the hook, there are two little wedges built into the top and bottom sides of the clip which attached to the hook.

Arm =======|<=========
End of hook ^

The < are the wedges that need to be pried apart to be able to slide the hook out. Good luck.

Gerbs 03-23-2015 10:40 PM

will try tmr lol. are you talking about the holes

boibuddha 03-23-2015 11:55 PM

I'll try to take picture of the rain x wipers I bought and installed when it's bright out.

like many others, your sarcasm detector likely isnt calibrated

boibuddha 03-24-2015 01:46 PM

These are the wedges that hold the rain x wipers in place. Almost invisible and have frustrated me on at least on occasion.

someone fixed it for me

SuperChomely 03-25-2015 08:58 AM

Well my windshield wipers are pretty fucked also, one of them cuts short, and the other one almost goes off the windshield on the other side. They're properly put on because when they're off they actually go into the proper position. It is a mystery that I have yet to comprehend.

linkage worn, too much slack in it

Ya, that can be a real possibility because I stole the entire assembly off of some car at pick n' pull after it blew on the way to Kelowna.
