Glad these are starting to pop up.. but 40 acres?? That's a go-kart track, and from what I have heard it's going to be mostly private like Area 27.

Don't thinks it's that small

Look at this:

All these fears/woes of it being private, while completely valid, are only going to be temporary. It is in my honest opinion that these tracks will not be able to sustain themselves on memberships alone. Maybe for the first 5 years they will, but eventually they will be having down days where nothing is happening at the track. Middle school business taught me that one should never have down days in a business haha.

Just give it time, it'll open itself up.

Oh, that's not bad. If only BC Ferries wasn't in between me and the track! :P

I just hope they aren't doing the private thing.

I don't think it's private membership. It's more like if you buy a car from one of his dealerships you get track time, from what I here but nothing is set in stone. The guy owns like 9 high end dealerships.

I'm still pretty interested in how this is gonna work out. We need a larger track than mission raceway that has a free race sessions where you sign the paper, put on your helmet, and go at it.

still likely cheaper than going down south for a track day, and allows you to rest.
