Lighting Electrical work on VW Jetta Mk6

I have a set of aftermarket headlights that do not have corner/parking lights.
And the original OEM has corner/parking lights.

The missing light bulb from the aftermarket housing is now causing the BCM to throw a BOW (Bulb Out Warning) every time corner/parking lights come on.

With the car being a VAG, I have tried using VCDS and Vag-Com to tackle this problem digitally. But I have not found an option in VCDS that fixes this problem.

After much searching, I have narrowed down to the solution being a resistor that needs to be installed somewhere on the headlight or harness that tricks the BCM into thinking that there IS a bulb, when there really isn't.

Now, I know the resistor needs to be minimum 10W 50ohm. It's what others used on their VWs that had the same problem. However, all of the examples and references were other models, none of them were on the MK6 Jetta sedan.

Although I am mechanically inclined, I am not electrically inclined at all :banghead:
So here I am, looking for a mechanic (or shop) who is slightly OCD about their work, but not afraid of using resistors. Because resistors tend to be a bit hokey compare to other types of fixes. But I'm at the end of the rope, so if you have any ideas, let me know :D

I will of course pay for services rendered :hotbaby:
And by that I mean cash, and maybe a hug, but that's as far as I'll go.
