Good news is, you only need to donate a part of your liver and it'll grow back to regular size. |
This poses an interesting ethical question. Which is more unethical, donating (part of) your own liver and demanding a crazy amount of cash - say, like $250 million which is 25% of this guy's net worth - knowing full well that the recipient will most likely give you whatever you want in order to prolong his life? Or being the rich guy who is leveraging his wealth and fortune to essentially jump the queue of hundreds, maybe even thousands, of less fortunate Canadians who are in dire and desperate need of a liver donor as well? |

I know he doesn't exactly say theres a cash reward. But whats the law if a billionaire making an ad offering 100 million if you're a compatible donor? Or open a company that can match up donors and their rich recipients. |
