Advice for Class 7 Receiving First Ticket tl;dr Honestly, those that deliberately dispute their rightfully wrong tickets just to get their class 5 first, should have their licence suspended for at least 2 years. Thank you guys for your advice and time! |
if i recall, speeding is almost certainly a prohibition for N drivers regardless of points. i could be wrong but i know there is a good chance you will get a letter from the ministry of transportation.. and they have control over what happens, again regardless of points. no N ticket is nothing to worry about though some will advise you to dispute then get your class 5 asap. some will say you deserve to lose you licence but hey, there is a chance those 3 points will just hit you and you eat the ticket with no other repercussion |

This is all covered on the ICBC website, do some searching. |
Thanks everyone, I will dispute the ticket, get my class 5, ask for an adjournment, delay for as long as possible, and pray that the officer does not show up for the hearing. Just a bit of searching on this forum has given me these great advice! Keep doing you revscene. Members are so very helpful! |
