Advice for Class 7 Receiving First Ticket

if i recall, speeding is almost certainly a prohibition for N drivers regardless of points.

i could be wrong but i know there is a good chance you will get a letter from the ministry of transportation.. and they have control over what happens, again regardless of points.

no N ticket is nothing to worry about though

some will advise you to dispute then get your class 5 asap.

some will say you deserve to lose you licence

but hey, there is a chance those 3 points will just hit you and you eat the ticket with no other repercussion

Thanks everyone, I will dispute the ticket, get my class 5, ask for an adjournment, delay for as long as possible, and pray that the officer does not show up for the hearing.
