Post Your ISP info!!!!!! Company, Cost, Speed...etc Just want to see what ISP is everyone using. And hows the speed ? Post your Speedtest Bandwidth ? Monthly Cost ?? Myself is still on an old Shaw plan. - BB250 - 1TB Bandwidth - $130 per month - Speedtest DL: 261.49Mb/s (32.69MB/s) UL: 16 Mb/s (2MB/s) http://www.speedtest.net/result/4450404425.png |
We're on Telus Internet 25 with some bundle plan to save money. Not sure how much it is specifically, but we recently switched over so I think it's $30 a month. We get around 2.5 to 3MB/s download with a 250GB cap that's way too little. Works for us without breaking the bank, so while it's not as impressive as yours, meh. |
Once we get Optik here (scheduled to be completed in October), I'll probably be switching from Shaw to Telus. I get a corporate discount through Telus which should bring my internet and TV bills down substantially. Downside is giving up WHL hockey (Shaw exclusive). |

Not really a fair comparison since I'm working out of Washington state but: ISP: Condointernet/WaveG Bandwidth: Unlimited up/down gigabit Monthly Cost: $80 USD Speedtest off seattle servers: http://www.speedtest.net/result/4519914620.png Speedtest off a vancouver shaw server (a little slower): http://www.speedtest.net/result/4519919633.png |
http://www.speedtest.net/result/4520707058.png - HKBN 100M - 100M Bandwidth - $29 per month (HK$175) - $33 per month for 1000M plan, but it sees 100M is more than enough for me |
