From the mobile app (not sure why it doesn't show up in the desktop site), you hit the +/- "Money" icon and withdraw it back to your linked account. :thumbs:

Thanks! I completed the transfer from desktop.

Future reference for everyone, if you're gonna with draw money from zenbanx, do it from the desktop, other wise the mobile app will ask for some type of transactional pin.

How long's it take for them to reimburse the 1:1 ratio USD? I exchanged it 2 days ago, still only have $188 USD atm

I exchanged mine on Tuesday night, got the second deposit sometime after noon today.

Mine exchanged overnight.

Any way to get the debit card to be linked with the USD balance? Mine says it can only be linked to the CAD.

^good question, I'd be interested to know as well as I thought that was the whole point of opening the account is so I could have a debit card with USD to use in the US...

U need to email them. I had the same issue and then finally emailed them and they asked me to send in a secondary id. Once that was done, the next day everything was good to go.

^ Same here as well. Emailed them back with some additional verification things. Just added $250 to my account, waiting for it to be available to exchange.

Means they need another ID from you, I got the same message for days then got fed up and closed my account. That $60 wasn't worth it for me.
