Any recommendations on where to paint a spoiler?

I'm looking for a shop to get a Mazdaspeed3 (replica) spoiler painted.
OEM silver colour, I have the paint code.

Any recommendations? and also, what kind of prices should I be expecting?
What's the general range for "too-good-to-be-true" vs. rip-off rates?

150 is a really good price and 400 is more expensive, but you are atleast guaranteed a color match.

Start with the dealership, they will be the most expensive unless you are ok with it. But, they can also make recommendations for local paint shops who carry or close to your color if its a one off. If its a standard color, almost any paint shop would do it.
