FS: 1997 Toyota Starlet Glanza V My craiglist ad: (go there for more pictures) http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...psfpitv4vo.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...pstft8cynl.jpg FS: 1997 Toyota Starlet Glanza V (turbo) RARE Feeling out the interest in my 1997 Toyota Starlet....I have many people ask me about it, want to buy it, want to drive it, blah blah Chasis: EP91 Engine: 1.3L 4 cylinder turbocharged (4E-FTE) *top mount intercooler* Drivetrain: FWD+limited slip (5speed manual) Weight: under 2000lbs Power: current 170-180hp$ Mileage: 127,000kms This car is very unique and rare, this model especially comes with a factory LSD (limited slip differential) front strut bar, and rear cross brace. A limited amount of Glanza V starlets were produced with these modifications. I purchased this car completely stock from Japan, it had a turbo timer and that was it. The timing belt was done 10,000kms ago.$ Since I have owned it I have added the following new parts: - front drilled and slotted rotors - rear drilled and slotted rotors - ebc racing pads - braided brake lines front and rear - rear wheel bearings (have to be done when replacing rotors) - BC racing coilovers (camber adjustable + 32 way adjustable dampening) - 15x8 Konig flat out light weight wheels - 195/55/15 Dunlop direzza dz102 - complete custom exhaust turboback (2.5 inch stainless) - decat downpipe - custom air intake - triple core aluminium radiator+colder thermo$ - electric slim fan - ECU increased fuelling, boost restriction removed, safely mapped up to 1.2 bar, speed limiter removed, 8200rpm redline. - rear interior and rear seats removed (have all original parts) - front seats removed, replaced with RX-8 bucket seats. - fresh oil change, fresh coolant flush, fresh brake flush. - valve cover gasket replaced - has A/C! I may be forgetting some stuff but I believe that is most of it, engine doesn't burn any oil, doesn't leak any type of fluid. Now I don't want to sell this car, purpose at first was to track the car, and then I started to love it far to much. This little beast has yet to see the track, its seen some summer driving, and its surprised plenty of fellow car enthusiasts on the road. Many of the parts added to the car were hard to get, the starlet does share many parts with the paseo and tercel models here in North America though. The parts hard to get were those of the aftermarket brands etc...shipping on heavy stuff like this from Japan and the UK was very pricey. The only bad with the car is the roof and hood have paint fad and clear coat fad from the sun exposure in Japan (pretty much every single one I looked at had this to an extent). Other then that, the rest of the paint and body are in very good shape. There is no rust anywhere on the body, and no signs of any previous accidents. Go Kart describes this vehicle well, the power delivery is awesome, boost is instant. If you are SERIOUSLY interested, then you can message me. My price is firmly set at $10,000....with all the added parts, modifications, labor, and such I am well past what I am selling for. Thanks for looking! |
