Steam Controller Just found out about this. Looks pretty cool. From my understanding it basically brings PC gaming to the comfort of your TV. Looks pretty neat. $59 CAD seems pretty reasonable. Pre-order Steam Controller on Steam Steam | EB Games Canada |
Looks interesting but I'd definitely want to try it out for a while before buying it |
I was youtubing some pre release reviews, seems like it's a really different type of controller. Some seem to be okay with it, others hate it. Guess we'll see when it comes out. |
"bring it to the living room" yet still have to hook your PC up to living room TV :/ |

You going to be able t effectively stream high FPS games to your tv though? |
Yup, 60 fps, not too laggy at all. It's obviously not perfect, but it's still better than consoles |
You could also get the steam link if you don't have an extra PC. 60 bucks to stream games to your TV at 1080 60FPS doesn't seem bad. |
hmm yea not bad at all, this is somthing i'd definately be interested then if it works half decent |
meh gonna wait for 2nd gen or a price drop will stick with using a xbox one controller for now :fullofwin: |
Fuck tempted to preorder the controller/box combo |
Ooooo there's a bonus now for preorders. "For customers who pre-order or have already pre-ordered the Steam Controller, Steam Link or Steam Machine at retail: You will receive a key for free copies of Rocket League and Portal 2 when you complete and pick up your purchase." |
I'm gonna do it I think fuck..should probably grab two controllers though I guess |
