If you have experience in retail sales or telephone sales this will be something you are sure to enjoy.

Our Sales Associates answer inbound sales calls concerning our products, services, company policies and the ordering process. This is a base hourly wage plus commission position where you can expect 30-80 calls a day from our customers who are looking to buy.

Responsibilities

Maintains minimum closing ratio for calls
Provides and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Assists customers by providing accurate product information and website/order info for customers who prefer to place the order online
Participates in vendor information sessions, and proactively acquires product knowledge by utilizing in-house and online resources

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

High achiever
Exceptional sales skills; ability to continually meet and surpass goals!
Previous experience in a call center environment is an asset, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Motivation to meet customer needs; has track record of providing high standards of customer service
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Assertive and proactive with addressing customer issues
High level of accountability
Ambitious, desire to grow with Cymax!

Technical Requirements

In-depth experience with Internet (Web and email);
Experience with computers (MS Office) Word, Outlook
