FS: 2005 WRX STI WRB Deciding to sell this gem.... http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...psmuxdodlf.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...psgcw0hsf9.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...pssfcov6hz.jpg I am finding less time to enjoy this car, selling it to another enthusiast would make it happy.* This is a Canadian car not an import, it has had no accidents, and it is also not a rebuilt. This wrx sti was taken care of beautifully since day one by its orginal owner of 9 years. I purchased this car over a year ago with intentions of holding onto it. Each year this classic body style and model become more rare. When purchased the car was bone stock, since then I did a bunch of maintenence and light upgrades. -perrin*pitch mount -intercooler removed, cleaned -new silicone hoses and t bolt clamps - blow off valve gasket -cobb SF intake box -grimspeed AOS -mishimoto*radiator, mishimoto hoses, t bolts -OEM thermostat -3 inch catback fujitsubo* -3 inch catless downpipe (ceramic coated) -cobb up pipe (ceramic coated) -UEL header (ceramic coated) -grimspeed triple thick gaskets for everything -grimspeed 3 inch adaptor -killer B oil pick up -killer B oil baffle -new OEM oil pan, gaskets -new oil+filter -new upstream and*downstream 02 sensors -rear diff fluid changed -front diff fluid changed -new spark plugs -new tie rods -whiteline lower geometry ball joints -cusco underbody chassis braces -BC racing coilovers with adjustable camber plates all around -front and rear fenders professionally rolled and pulled -stock gold bbs wheels and tires included -brand new 18x9.5 5zigen wheels (negotiable into the price) -brand new 265/35/18 Goodyear tires (negotiable into the price) As you can see I have spent a lot of money making this car even better and more pristine. Last month the car was cobb protuned, currently the power is around 380-390 to the crank. This is a seriously fast car, and highly capable of so much.* If you are looking for the rawness and styling that the wrx sti had then this is the car for you. The new ones don't compare, I have owned new ones, the 05-07 years are a class of their own. The motor runs strong, just over 156,000kms, timing belt was done 20,000kms ago. All upgrades and maintenence were done in the last 2,500kms. I don't drive this car much, it's a weekend car. Any questions just ask, no rush to sell. I will accommodate viewings, but test drives will be very limited. If you want it, you will have the money. $24,500 NEW PRICE: $22,600 (without 18 inch wheels) I am located in Vancouver. Message me if you are interested. Craiglist add:2005 Subaru WRX STI world rally blue |
I will add I won't be parting out the car, but I will be selling the wide wheels and tires sepeartly. And sorry not interested in any trades. |
TTT still for sale. |
Almost sold today.....the buyer and his bank didn't see eye to eye, sorry man! |
BUMP BUMPPP |
Updated the price, $22,600 (without the 18 inch wheels) car comes with stock BBS wheels and tires, or $24,000 with the aggressive wheel setup. Thanks |
Took the beast out today, such a pleasure to drive. The power delivery is excellent, boost is instant, suspension is dialed in very well. |
Couple fresh pics from today's detail. http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...pscsrjtca3.jpg http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...psaacuicqc.jpg |
Still for sale |
Price lowered to $21,600 |
Ok so update.... Car has the stock gold bbs wheels now, with 70% percent Michelin pilot winter tires. Since I have been deciding to keep it or not, I am getting some more parts installed this week. Maintenence and upgrades. -new OEM steering rack with whiteline bushings -new front OEM axles (boots have slight tear, decided to replace the entire assembly then just a boot) -dba front slotted rotors -dba rear slotted rotors -hawk brake pads -stainless steel lines In parts the total comes to almost $4000, and that's without labor to install everything. New price once everything is on will be $23500, huge saving. These things don't need to be replaced really, I'm just very picky with my vehicles and spare no expense as you can see. |
Just spent a total of $5200 on new parts and labor, for all you cheap kids out there this is how you afford and take care of an STI. If a new buyer comes along they will be very impressed with this car, drives like new, handles excellent. $23500 negotiable.....do the math before you offer, unlike other 05-07 STI's for sale this one needs nothing, and in the future won't require anything either. |
BUMP, still selling. Will accept reasonable offers. |
Buy yourself a Christmas present ;) |
BUMP, just returned from holiday...car has been nestled in the underground waiting for a new owner. |
Entering heated storage this week, perfect year round car, but I feel to keep its integrity and great shape I will be daily driving something else. |
SOLD! Can't believe it, but I actually let it go to a new owner today :( |
All times are GMT -8. The time now is 06:45 AM. |
