"Better" ISP outside of Telus?

Long story short, I've had to call Telus six times now in an attempt to repair a connection that drops for no more than a minute to the point where it makes gaming impossible. Router has been replaced, and two technicians have already come by to fix shit and failed. As thread title states, where the hell I can go for superior service while not being reamed up the asshole with no lube on cost? Ideally looking for ~200+GB bandwidth without breaking the bank and while my current speedtest is for ~13MBps, I can always go up.

Thanks for any input, I'm beyond pissed off about all this considering it's been fine for the last six years.
