nothing will happen.

buyer did not inspect thoroughly enough
seller could be unaware of damage and just be grabbing something out of the closet
dry cleaner couldve damaged worn clothing

Why would you invite someone to wash your car in exchange for something you're selling?! Fucking weirdo this autozam guy.

If clothing is maintained well or used a few times, it's basically buying it new and you get to save a few bucks. Remember, even when you buy it from a store, someone else (multiple people, more likely) has tried it on before you. Does that make it used / secondhand to you?

Or even returns that they try to resell, hell, if that isn't secondhand, I don't know what is.

There's a fine difference between someone trying it on for a 3 mins in a change room. If the clothing was bought and refunded, the tag should still be on it, meaning the person didn't really wear it in general.

I get what you're trying to say though, desperate people need to save money and buying used makes sense. That's what value village is for. But in this case, this is obviously someone that's trying to buy expensive designer clothes and got ripped off due to their own stupidity.

If you are serious about trying to contact him again to deal with it, best route is to get a friend's account and contact one of his sale threads. Then you'll meet up with him again.

Otherwise, he's probably going to dodge you forever. I wouldn't be surprised if your number's been blocked by now.

Having worked retail, I can tell you that there are people that wear the clothes they bought and leave the tags on for return purposes.
