Cookbooks

So I have a love of cookbooks and I'm always getting them from my family and whenever I hit up a bookstore. I'm looking for a good Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese ones and was wondering what you guys would recommend for with good traditional recipes?

I ended up getting these for Christmas

I don't have that many but I'm getting there..

Although I have nothing to add for the topics you are looking for, enjoy that street food diaries book. I love that one.

My fiancé has about 500 baking/dessert books. If anyone is interested, I'm sure we can lend them out

I also love Pinterest but nothing beats flipping through a cookbook looking for what you want to make for dinner.

I'm surprised people still buy cookbooks with the vast options from the internet, thought I was the only one who still enjoys it. I can't contribute to what you're looking for but I just received for Christmas. So far a kale salad has been made and looking forward to more.

If you're into Chinese, I really like Annie Leong. I have a few cookbooks from her and I've made quite a few dishes from her.

Plus, I'm one of those types that love a photo for each recipe which these deliver!

Books are still cool to have a hard copy of. I sure would rather have a pile of cookbooks in my kitchen over a kooboo reader or whatever the fuck they are called.
My grandma still has recipes that I follow(ish) to this day written on cue cards filed alphabetically since the 40s
