Valentines 2016

Since it seems like we always have one of these threads for Christmas/Valentines/Birthdays, might as well make one for this year.

Where are you guys taking your S/O for Valentines this year? Last year I took my girlfriend over to Hawksworth and she really liked it, but she definitely wants to do something either a little more casual, or something that is more of an exciting experience.

If you guys can get a reservation I would definitely recommend either Hawksworth or Blue Water Cafe for all my seafood lovers!

Awaiting for you to do a $50 for $100 deal to Hawksworth on axka.com :troll:

Food is meh
But one of the most "romantic" and exciting experience is the Flight Drive and Dine pkg from Grouse.
Helicopter ride to top of grouse from DT Vancouver to Grouse, dinner at the observatory then limo ride back. Pay a bit more to include limo pick up from u and ur girls home.

Probably gonna get failed for the next bit (as I would fail myself)...; but I took a girl to this for her 17th birthday when I was 18.....oh and she wasn't my gf.

I don't rmb exaclty how much it cost...but I think it was like a paycheques back then at my PT job...so close to 6 or 700.
Overall it was a super memorable evening and a great experience. The food at the observatory is average at best. But at the time it was really fancy fine dining for an 18 yr old

Why would I take her anywhere? She knows where the kitchen is....

That sounds really cool! Looked more into it but it seems as if they don't do it anymore. Definitely sounds like an amazing experience though

Going to Yew Restaurant in the Four Seasons for brunch then if the weather is nice, go for a hike.

Or an indoor physical activity. :ifyouknow::ifyouknow::ifyouknow:
