NMotion is a good place to get Backup Cam System??

Morning ladies and gentlemen.
:considered:

I own a 2012 Audi A4 and I am not taking chances of having my partner to damage my vehical..LOL So, I've decided to add a Backup camera system.
I've checked a few places, RPM Electronics, NMotion, Ralphs's Radio, etc. Nmotion offers the best rate.

Has anyone been a customer to Nmotion?? what are their quality of the product and especially their quality of their work??

Please leave me a comment, Much appreciated!

Thanks

lols. I have friends who had tinting done and they do a good job. I'm sure their backup cam work is good.

if your partner NEEDS a backup camera to drive the car.... should they be driving the car?

No offense, but I did create this topic for advices and experiences..my partner may not be the best to reverse park but that doesn't mean she cant drive. Lol

nmotion did such a good job on my alarm install previously, that when it came time for me to remove it.....i couldn't even find the brain....pretty sure their dashcam work will be as good. John did the work on mine.

Cheers.

Nmotion will do good work.

Wtf you let your woman drive your car??

I would actually recommend SoundsGood for any automotive electronics work....and I don't even work there anymore!

^ That says something

I had NMotion install my alarm system. Good rates and quality work, but they drag their feet and took all day. What was quoted as a 2.5 hour job took 5.5 hours. I don't know shit about electrical, so I could be bitching about something that might be standard time for install or they could just be super slow lol

Same thing. I had fog lights installed on a 2007 Civic Si, work seemed fine but it took far longer than quoted and the labour cost was much higher (like 3x)

Not to thread jack, but where do you work now? I often went there to see your sweet butt :hay:

b0unce. [?] 02-05-2016 09:49 PM

It was fucking frustrating now that I'm looking back on it. I worked around their schedule and give them a 3ish hour window to do it. I had to cancel my shit afterwards cause it took an additional 2.5 hours. I definitely wouldn't go back there unless whatever product I'm buying was heavily discounted lol

Sounds like you got fucked, I know for a fact they give flat rate prices for fog light HID kits.

I used to recommend Nmotion to anyone who asked about tint work or backup cam/alarm/lighting needs. They've done right by me everytime i've been in there for whatever; however, there was a thread on here where a couple guys mentioned they had some recent troubles with the shop. Can't seem to find that thread any longer (I'm too lazy to dig for it).

mk1freak 02-06-2016 01:36 PM

forgot to mention, that nmotion did such a great job on my alarm install that when i tried to remove the brain i couldn't find it (finally died at 5+years).....
so i brought it to Soundsgood in coquitlam (my 2002 isuzu rodeo if you remember mike :lawl: )
