Korean hot paste recommendations?? (Gochu Jang) http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Ck61eipx0H...60_meitu_2.jpg https://oneforkonespoon.files.wordpr...6/img_0039.jpg Hey guys, so after trying the Korean Spicy ramen, I grew to love the sauce, sweet and satisfyingly spicy. I am on the hunt for a similar sauce that I can use on ramen noodels and bibimap (korean mixed rice). In the past, I've bought a small tub of the korean hot paste (Gochu Jang), but it was just salty with a bit of peppery taste. Looking around in H-Mart is a gongshow because I don't know which to pick. Can someone recommend a brand that is super spicy? |
http://toptuha.com/wiki/images/1/19/...te-620x330.jpg I would recommend this brand for gochujang. I use it at home to make all my korean shits. I wouldn't recommend using the jang on noodles, because the jang is too thick to mix in with the soup, I would rather use the gochu powder yenno im saiyan. |
