Been thinking of doing a career change or pursue an extra side hustle. Starting to get really bored of what I do (Finance), same shit every day no excitement. Wanting to try real estate since just gotta do the course and write exam. As with most professions, oversaturated and competitive to make money, so I know nothing is a guarantee.

For the past 15 years or so they have allowed moonlighting. You can always try doing it on the side.
