RIP, the 38yr old owner didn't make it...his daughter is only 3 months old...so sad.

I find that Vietnamese people are very neutral to strangers. That can often be perceived as hostile since we are in Vancouver and everyone pretends to be nice.

However, I also noticed that if you have a mutual friend/connection, they are quick to treat you like a part of their 'crew'.
