yellow stains on white car
 

Need help cleaning this off a new white car!!! I was parked underneath some trees and after work, I found a bunch of little leaf or petals (not sure what they are) that have fallen from the trees above. They were sticky and stuck to the car, I had to rip them off. However, it left some yellow/orange stains on the car. I washed my car and unfortunately they didn't come off, and in some cases, it even smudged!

Circled in blue is the leaf/petal. In red are the caked on yellow stains.
This is a new car so I'm desperate to clean this off!

There are sprays out there that are made to remove contaminants like tree sap. You could also try using a quick detailer then claying it off. Get it done ASAP though because sap can damage clear

methal hydrate usually does the trick

thanks guys! It took a long time but I did as you guys suggested. Quick detailer with clay bar worked!
