TL/DR - I do not know what I clicked at work however my email inbox went from this display;

click view, and on the very right just above the email preview is a pin. press the pin button to lock back your toolbar.

you can adjust your message preview pane by sliding the line between your inbox list and the preview message pane on the right.

to get back the your wording on the bottom, click the 3 dots and go into navigation options and unclick compact navigation.

on the message preview pane on the bottom, click the down arrow to hide the photos and and recent emails from the same person.

as for the icons on the far right, im clueless on that one. hope this helps.

You're also in tablet mode. Click the down arrow beside the finger icon on the top left.

that little pin circled in red after you click view

start>run> outlook.exe /resetnavpane

this will go back to the normal default view, which is the one you have before.

I've tried lilaznviper's " RUN -> OUTLOOKEXE /RESETNAVPANE
Didn't work..

start -> control panel -> Programs -> repair office 2013 -> restart
