recommend me a notary

Any good and reputable notary around the vancouver east area?

for buying and selling a house transaction

bonus if they open on Saturdays

Don't have anyone to recommend but just a heads up that if you are buying a place and need a mortgage the bank/credit union may have a list of approved lawyers/notaries.

Sablok & Sablok

deals with most institutions.

make sure that the notary you select is on your bank's list - not all banks deal with all notary's.

Bumping an old thread bcos a family friend is looking for a notary.

Is AJ still in the business? Does he speak Chinese?

bcrdukes 09-04-2024 06:32 PM

Yes. His updated website - https://broadwaynotaries.com/index.html

He speaks Cantonese. Unsure of Mandarin, though. Maybe he got better over the years. :lol

Tell him bcrdukes sent you (he will know.)
