‪#‎Vancouver‬ crews are on scene with a Lamborghini that lost control and crashed over the center barrier on the Granville Street Bridge.

Cwift posted it in chat I thought it needed it's own thread. Anyone have any more info? Anyone recognize the rims?

Saw this and a Mustang have a rev battle at 6pm on Westminster and No5 road at a red light.

Thought something #Mustang would happen so I pulled out my phone but they kept it classy and drove normally.

Spoke too soon I guesssss

SMH

Also how the hell do you lose control on the Graville Street Bridge? Lose grip over an expansion joint? Or just from plain idiocy?

boostfever 05-01-2016 12:57 AM

Rims are stock.Guess the owner never bothered going to SR Auto.. #stockisboring

Lots of places... The huge S curve entering the bridge northbound? The massive (and off camber) curve coming in from Howe St? Both have side by side lanes to encourage competition... There's been a lot of street racing accidents on that bridge over the years.

the front wheel is missing completely, now since the rims are stock..... i doubt is rim failure, more like no one torqued the lug nuts....

lol if a shop were the ones who swapped tires for the lambo..... because i cant imagine those skinny asians doing it themselves

Mr.Money 05-01-2016 01:42 PM

i think the divider ripped one of the wheels off....would be enough stress with the entire weight of that car hooked on one tire but the back tire looks okay.....
Hmmmm i wonder what caused it

Yeah the computer can only save you so much... poor lambo

It's possible to lose control anywhere, just depends on how much of an idiot the driver is :)
