Fried Pork Rinds

Where can I buy freshly made Pork Rinds in Vancouver (minimally processed)? How much?

I was gonna say those filipino small grocery stores on fraser, but then you said minimally processed. i don't know how processed they are, but they're damn delicious! it's called chicharon for filipino stores

Nowhere short of buying your own and fry it yourself. Order fresh rind from butcher.

The packaged one are all proccessed.

Pork rinds are quite good but chicken skins chicharon are better imo. I found this hole of a place called Kambingan on 108th ave and 151 st in Surrey right by Dairy Queen. I was told $5 for a bag of it. Great with spicy vinegar!

or what Nikko said. Just buy them from the source and deep fry them yourself. would be definitely better than those processed ones from the stores.

Not fresh, but Pricesmart has these baked pork rinds that don't taste much different than fried. Less fat.

Not sure how 'processed' you can get, most pork rinds I see don't have many ingredients short of pork, salt, and oil.
