 Is anyone's Telus internet faster now? I'm on a 15 Mb/s plan. My downloads previously capped around 1.7 MB/s. They've recently gone up to 1.9 Mb/s. |

 You're just finally getting what you pay for... 1.9MB/s = 15.2 Mb/s https://www.google.ca/?gws_rd=ssl#q=1.9MB%2Fs+to+Mb%2Fs |

Mine has been extremely slow for the last month. Worked perfect before. |

my telus internet is just fine. |

my telus internet is great, never down, always max speed, wifi router handles a gangbang of devices except my bill says shaw for some reason |

and the internet usage cap seems weird too with telus. One thing that often gives people confusion is the difference between a Megabyte (used for file size) and a Megabit (used for download speeds). People often assume that a download speed of 1 Megabit per second (1 Mbps) will allow them to download a 1 Megabyte file in one second. |

My upload speed is slow as shit. Download seems a bit inconsistent as well. |

1 byte = 8 bits is all you need to remember. |

1 Attachment(s) Heres mine with Telus25 package. Seems slow as f*ck especially with my telus router about a meter away from me. Signal dies off even more when im upstairs. Basically impossible to use with ps4 for streaming purposes with this crappy wifi. Any ideas how i can solve my signal issues? |

You talking about this one? D-LINK DHP-701AV Powerline AV2 2000 10/100/1000 Gigabit Starter Kit - NCIX.com How does it work exactly? Do I just plug it into an outlet and it generates stronger wifi signal? Sorry, I'm not great with computers... |
|
Yeah I got the exact one.one goes into your router and one goes into your computer. It uses the electrical wires in your home to connect to eachother. Like a ether net cable. There's no need to download anything to use it either. Simple plug and play. |
