If adware hit me i just use AdwCleaner from BleepingComputer. Powerful cleaner. Virus, just install fresh Windows. I keep important doc on a the cloud or an external drive. |
Not really a scam. It's just a virus scanner on a USB stick. Why buy something when you can get it for free. |
Every time I watch the commercial and the CEO claims he convinced his IT department to use it, I think either: A) He has the shittiest IT department on the planet or B) His IT department said "Sure thing, boss" and then promptly threw it in the trash. |
