| Dryer vent causing water spots on ceiling
The dryer in my apartment seems to have a leak in the vent. I'm assuming it's from the concrete settling. Does anyone have a suggestion for a company that might repair these types of things? Property manager has only found a company that repairs vents that don't have water in them. Need to get this repaired before I sell my place.

I'd get the vent cleaned professionally then see what happens
that also seems like a lot of moisture coming from your dryer or the fan's not pushing the air fast enough

This is a pretty typical problem in a lot of apartments.
The most likely cause is that your dryer's booster fan has failed. When you look up in your laundry closet, there should be a square box between the pipe to the outside and the pipe from the dryer. This is where your booster fan is.
Get this checked before you do any vent cleaning.

valid point but not many apartments actually have booster fans....dryers can handle runs of 20' with out a problem so most layouts don't need them
but if you do have one then it's basically what i said originally in that the air isn't being moved through the duct well enough
how old is the building?

If there's no booster fan in your unit, then technically the strata should responsible for keeping the dryer vent clean as it's outside the walls of your unit (ducting is beyond the confines of your strata lot). Check with your strata first to see if they'll take it on or if there's some kind of annual dryer duct cleaning plan. You will still be responsible for repairing the damage to the ceiling as the ceiling is in your unit.
In my previous condo, the owners were initially responsible for cleaning the dryer grill to the outside. However, the strata decided to take on the responsibility for annual dryer duct cleaning when they determined that dryer lint was a fire hazard and was considered a liability under the building's insurance policy.

Strata pays for the cleaning and there is a booster fan as it looks to be about a 40' run. Had the issue before and the strata paid to have the ceiling painted but didn't address the issue.

@OP, usually strata will send maintenance people to come every half quarter or year to inspect and clean.
In your case if there are spots developing, mention it as it is sanitary and health issue as well for someone to look into it..
