WANTED: Customer Service Representative
 

1010TIRES.COM is currently expanding at the head office in Richmond.We are looking to fill 2 positions for Customer Service Representatives. The right candidates will do the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide customer support to online customers (via online chat) and by phone.
Reply to customer e-mails
Order fulfillment and processing
Entering orders ready to be shipped into the system
Follow up with customers regarding orders, questions, etc

Our ideal candidate will possess any or all of the following:

Previous Tire & Wheel Experience is an asset
English speaking. Speaking/Writing French is a bonus!
Car enthusiast
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to multi-task
