A 2010 Toyota sienna hit and run my 05 focus ST. Help.

I know there's a lot of guys in bodyshopa here but the Toyota that hi5 my car was a 2010 grey silver sienna. Outside my home on 4 and Williams. They fucked up the wheels and body and my cars a write off. Ontop if that it's a high deductible that I'd Rather give out as a reward.

They left a crop load of their front bumper and quarter panel. Ill post pics but im unbelievably busy at work and can't post links right now.

I'll post more info when i get home.

Recently had a family member that got hit by a car. While reading up on the legal process, I found this, so hopefully it's of help.

Hit-And-Run Claims - ICBC Claim Guide - Mussio Goodman

1) If possible, follow the other vehicle to try to get the license plate information;
2) Notify the police at the accident scene and definitely within hours of the accident;
3) Notify ICBC within hours of the accident, if possible;
4) Place a sign at the accident scene looking for witnesses and the other driver;
5) Place an advertisement in the local newspaper looking for witnesses and the other driver;
6) Follow-up with the police regarding the investigation; and
7) If the accident occurred nearby to some buildings, knock on some doors to see if there are any witnesses.

In other words, you are really asked to play detective so that ICBC cannot turn around later and argue that had you taken certain steps you may have been able to identify the driver and vehicle involved in the accident.

For a hit and run you will pay whatever deductible is on your insurance policy if you can't find the culprit. Your premiums won't go up. Hopefully you can find the driver and they will be on the hook for the deductible and slapped with a couple tickets.
