Google Allo and Duo
 

I was playing around with Duo.. its pretty neat.. Love the Knock Knock...

Tried Allo.. but its weird.. its not a reg sms app. Looks something like Whatapp, FB Messenger, etc... other user needs to have it to beable to reply back.

So my question is, can I use this to chat with people who are overseas without being charged international sms?

Make sure all your friends use iPhone. If they don't. They can't be your friend

Its requires data, like whatsapp, wechat, etc... other use needs to be on it also...

For this shit to work they need to make it mandatory to be integrated into every stock messaging app on Android, much like iMessage. If not people will continue to just use WhatsApp instead.

It's a lot easier to just tell someone to enable Allo in their messaging app rather than download a separate app.

Android 7.0 will come with it preinstalled...

Yeah Hangouts was preinstalled and looked how well that worked out lol.
