Can anyone recommend a reliable offline navigation app to use with Android OS?

I've been using Here WeGo for a few years and I love it. Its UI isn't as pretty as Google Maps, but it gets the job done.

I've tried Here by Nokia and Waze, but in the end I always go back to Google Maps.

I used Citymapper in europe for its offline mode.
