Hit and Run: W 2nd ave (westbound) and Columbia around 4pm

A long shot, but maybe ill get lucky. Does anyone know the plate # of this late model jeep compass driven by this Caucasian woman ? she hit my dad's car today and ran off afterwards. Unfortunately old man's camera skills sucks and he didnt snap her plate info.

Maybe she lives in your area?

The only thing that's going to identify the vehicle, is the bead necklace hanging from the rear view mirror. Hopefully the owner doesn't remove it. GL
