OVERVIEW

- Original paint from factory in Sebring Silver Metallic (NH-552M) with black interior
- CLEAN title
- Mileage just hit 74,000 km as of yesterday, will rise slowly but the car is NOT a daily driver
- US import car from Tempe, Arizona
- Always parked indoors
Overall a really clean and well-kept car.

PRICE

$33,500 without CE28N wheels (will come with stock AP2V2 wheels), fairly firm on price but will listen to reasonable offers.

MAINTENANCE

- Both the previous owner and I always used Motul 8100 5W30 full synthetic with OEM oil filter
- Most recent oil change done at 70,500 km
- Front brake pads replaced with OEM pads at 61,000 km
- Clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder replaced with OEM parts at 65,500 km along with brake fluid flush done at Evo Garage in Richmond
- Rear axel nuts have been re-torqued (a bit of a minor point, but common problem with AP2s that cause clicking noise)
- Alignment done at Aria Automotive at 70,000 km
- Oil change done at Aria Automotive on February 18, 2017

IMPERFECTIONS

Not going to lie and say that this car is 10/10 perfect in every way, will provide full disclosure on some minor imperfections that I am aware of but they don't take away from how clean the car is overall
- Car has a few rock chips here and there as expected for an 11 year old car, but otherwise paint is in great condition, I never wash the car without waxing immediately after, clay bar every few months
- AP2V2 original front right wheel has some curb rash
- Front lip has a slight half inch crack on the bottom of driver side, only noticeable from looking at it within 1 foot away
- Driver seat is not in perfect condition, it does show some signs of wear on the side bolster and where your butt goes, passenger seat is pretty much perfect
- Steering wheel has a small blemish about the size of a grain of rice at 10'o'clock

Parts/"Mods"

Comes with:
- Three keys (one with the S2000 key with fob, one regular key with fob, and one valet key)
- All the original owners manuals
- Extra set of brand new OEM floor mats
- OEM tonneau cover

The previous owner added the following to the car:
- OEM CR radio door (still have original AP2 silver radio door)
- OEM clear sidemarkers (still have original amber sidemarkers)

Since my ownership, the following have been added:
- Perforated black nappa leather shift boot with dark red stitching, from Redline Goods (I still have the original shift boot)
- Genuine Civic Type R shift knob which is the same as the CR shift knob but with red lettering (I still have the original shift knob)
- Pioneer DEH-X680BT bluetooth head unit, changes colours, USB charge, mic wired (I still have the original head unit)
- AP1 OEM replica trunk lip spoiler, no holes drilled in trunk
- Genuine OEM AP2 front lip ordered brand new from Honda
- LowProAero front lip protector, installed almost immediately after I put on the new lip

NOTE: Car will be sold with the original AP2V2 wheels with Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport tires. Tread life by my estimate: fronts 50%, rears 25% tread, in OEM sizes.
