Massive Cineplex entertainment centre with ‘Playdium’ coming to Brentwood Mall

The new entertainment options planned for the redeveloped Brentwood Town Centre shopping mall, also known as ‘The Amazing Brentwood’, could rival those currently found at Metropolis at Metrotown.

In fact, it could even provide a throwback to those who remember Metrotown’s Playdium, which was shut in 2005 and replaced with a Winners.

Cineplex has announced that it will build a massive 64,700 ft² entertainment centre at the top level of the expanded shopping mall complex that will include a VIP cinema with five auditoriums and a special lounge area.

There will also be a massive ‘Rec Room’ with over 100 arcade games and simulators, a bowling alley, and dining options including an upscale restaurant and sports bar.
