That really depends on what are you looking for. Your question is kind of like asking "Where do I find a vehicle to buy?".

Traffic ticket evidence is held by police and disclosure requests are sent to the detachment/department where the officer is working, addressed to him/her. Criminal court disclosure has to be requested by defence through Crown Counsel (who are usually located at/near the courthouse). Civil court disclosure is generally ordered by the courts after a hearing.
